VertexLaunch is operated by Vertex Deal LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Amazon Ads management platform at vertexlaunch.com.

By using VertexLaunch, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account information: When you sign in, we collect your email address and name via your authentication provider (Google or email magic link).

Amazon Ads data: When you upload Amazon Ads bulk export files, we process the data to generate bid recommendations and campaign analysis. This data is not permanently stored — it is processed in memory and returned to you.

Client profiles: If you create client profiles within the platform, we store the client name, marketplace, and optimization settings you provide.

Optimization run history: Summary statistics from each optimization run (keyword counts, spend totals, recommendation counts) are stored to provide you with a history view. Raw keyword-level data is not retained.

Usage data: We may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and performance monitoring.

• To generate Amazon Ads bid recommendations and campaign analysis
• To maintain your client profiles and optimization history
• To authenticate your identity and maintain your session
• To monitor platform performance and prevent abuse
• To communicate with you about your account when necessary

VertexLaunch may integrate with the Amazon Advertising API to retrieve campaign data and submit bid updates on your behalf. When you authorize this integration:

• You grant VertexLaunch access to your Amazon Ads account data through Amazon's official OAuth authorization flow
• Your Amazon Ads refresh token is stored securely and used solely to access your advertising data
• You can revoke this access at any time through your Amazon account settings
• We do not share your Amazon Ads credentials or data with third parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Neon (PostgreSQL database hosting) and Vercel (application hosting) to operate the platform. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

We retain your account information and client profiles for as long as your account is active. Optimization run history (summary statistics only) is retained indefinitely to provide historical context. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@vertexlaunch.com.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database hosting, and authentication best practices. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

VertexLaunch uses session cookies solely to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Revoke Amazon Ads API access at any time
